Primal Scream - Country Girl
看到Primal Scream全新單曲Country Girl的封面，即時就想起The Wannadies Bagsy Me的封面來，Country Girl封面是William J. Eggleston的照片，但查不到The Wannadies的是否都是出自William J. Eggleston，但它們都有彷彿是同一血緣的感覺。
Country Girl來自Primal Scream將於六月推出的全新專輯Riot City Blues，當中包括有Echo & The Bunnymen的Will Sergeant 負責When The Bomb Drops一曲的主音結他部份，亦有The Kills的Alison Mosshart跟Bobby Gillespie合唱Dolls及負責其他曲目的和音部份，而聽過單曲Country Girl之後，第一個感覺是回到了Give Out but Don't Give Up時期的搖滾根源，而Country Girl甚至擁有可以成為Stadium Anthem的氣勢，Primal Scream這一次的回來似乎會是野心勃勃的一次，期待！

我d ex同事聽了, 當然佢地就覺得唔pop啦(到底佢地只會同pop唔pop/賣唔賣到為準則啦), 不過我就好期待.
被你咁講, 我想星期日會帶screamdelica張碟來播放, 著住老西聽primal scream都幾潮.

country girl 與 "Give Out but don't" 時期有些接近，無咁blues囉，但有西部有仔結他……有些擔心新碟會玩D乜呢？

我跟肥樹都已經聽過新碟了，肥樹聽過之後說：如果Keith Richards真的因為意外而不能再彈結他的話，就請Primal Scream去代替Rolling Stones吧~~
